Cold Pork Shabu-Shabu Somen Noodles with Sesame Sauce

  1. Julienne the daikon radish and cucumber.
  2. Mix the ingredients well, and set aside.
  3. Add the sake to the hot water, and swish the pork gently back and forth until it changes colour.
  4. Transfer to a paper towel, and let it cool.
  5. Cook the somen noodles as well.
  6. Serve the somen noodles.
  7. Plate your noodles cucumber, daikon radish pork in that order.
  8. Swirl in the Step 1 sauce on top, and you're done.
