Grilled Italian Foccacia
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) hot roll mix
- 1 env. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
- 1-1/4 cups hot water (120F to 130F)
- 3 Tbsp. oil, divided
- 1-1/2 cups DI GIORNO Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 plum tomatoes, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped fresh
- Mix roll mix, yeast packet and dressing mix.
- Add hot water and 2 Tbsp.
- of the oil.
- Stir until soft dough forms and dough pulls away from side of bowl.
- Place dough on lightly floured surface; knead 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
- Shape dough into 2 (10-inch) rounds.
- Cover with plastic wrap or towel.
- Let rise in warm place 15 minutes.
- Place dough rounds on greased grill over medium-low coals.
- Grill 4 minutes; turn.
- Brush with remaining 1 Tbsp.
- oil.
- Top with cheese, tomatoes and basil.
- Grill an additional 4 minutes or until bottom crust is golden brown.
