Grilled Italian Foccacia

  1. Mix roll mix, yeast packet and dressing mix.
  2. Add hot water and 2 Tbsp.
  3. of the oil.
  4. Stir until soft dough forms and dough pulls away from side of bowl.
  5. Place dough on lightly floured surface; knead 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
  6. Shape dough into 2 (10-inch) rounds.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap or towel.
  8. Let rise in warm place 15 minutes.
  9. Place dough rounds on greased grill over medium-low coals.
  10. Grill 4 minutes; turn.
  11. Brush with remaining 1 Tbsp.
  12. oil.
  13. Top with cheese, tomatoes and basil.
  14. Grill an additional 4 minutes or until bottom crust is golden brown.
