Diabetic Easter Fudge

  1. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over boiling water.
  2. Add evaporated milk and mix.
  3. Cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add vanilla, Splenda, and pudding mix.
  5. Spread on small pie pan or plate.
  6. Chill.
  7. Cut in 8 pieces.
  8. Form into egg-shaped balls and roll lightly in chopped nuts.
  9. Keep refrigerated.
