Romanoff

• 1/2 cup Grand Marnier
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 cups sweeten whipped cream
• 1 pint raspberries
• 1 pint blueberries
• 1 pint blackberries
• 1 pint loganberries
• 1 pint strawberries, halved
• 2 tablespoons chiffonade of mint
• Powdered sugar in shaker

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the Grand Marnier and sour cream together.
2. Fold in the whipped cream.
3. Arrange the berries on a platter.
4. Pour the cream mixture over the top of the berries.
5. Garnish with the mint and powdered sugar.
