Potatoes N' Eggs
- 1 (30 ounce) bag frozen southern style hash brown potatoes, Ore Ida brand
- 3 -4 eggs, scrambled well
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- Prepare hash browns as directed on the bag.
- After hash browns are done, push to side of skillet.
- Pour eggs on empty side.
- Cook for just one minute then turn pan so the uncooked egg slides to hash browns.
- Mix hash browns gently so the egg covers them.
- Continue cooking mixture but flipping instead of mixing.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and what ever else tickles your fancy.
