6 Minute Chocolate Cake
- 1 1/2 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee or espresso
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup water cold
- Pre-heat oven to 350F (180C).
- Then, in a 9x9 cake pan, measure and blend throughly with a fork the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, instant coffee powder, and salt.
- Next, make 3 indentations in the dry ingredients with your fork.
