Beef Steak Tomatoes with Garden Herbs

  1. Combine green onion, garlic, chilies and lemon juice.
  2. Beat in olive oil and yogurt gradually.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Finely chop herbs and add.
  5. This may be done in a food processor or blender.
  6. Refrigerate.
  7. Serve over sliced tomatoes and onions.
