Baked French Doughnuts Recipe

  1. Cream margarine, sugar and mix well.
  2. Add in egg and mix.
  3. Combine dry ingredients; add in alternately with lowfat milk.
  4. Fill greased muffin tins half full and bake 20 to 25 min at 350 degrees.
  5. Remove doughnuts from pan immediately.
  6. Dip or possibly toss in melted margarine, then to cinnamon-sugar mix.
  7. Makes 14 doughnuts.
  8. To make 36 smalldoughnuts, use smaller tart tins and bake for 15 min.
