Side Dish Spicy Cucumber Stir-fry
- 2 Cucumbers
- 1 Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 Shichimi spice
- 1 White toasted sesame seeds
- Thinly slice the cucumbers, sprinkle with salt, then squeeze out the moisture.
- Pour the sesame oil into a frying pan and fry the cucumber.
- Add the shichimi spice and stir-fry quickly.
- Put it on a plate and fan it too cool it down.
- Transfer to serving plates and top with white sesame seeds.
- Mulukhiyah Natto.
