Side Dish Spicy Cucumber Stir-fry

  1. Thinly slice the cucumbers, sprinkle with salt, then squeeze out the moisture.
  2. Pour the sesame oil into a frying pan and fry the cucumber.
  3. Add the shichimi spice and stir-fry quickly.
  4. Put it on a plate and fan it too cool it down.
  5. Transfer to serving plates and top with white sesame seeds.
  6. Mulukhiyah Natto.
