Baked Japanese-Style Shiitake Mushrooms and Cream Cheese

  1. Finely chop the bacon and put into a bowl.
  2. Add the cream cheese, soy sauce and mirin and mix well.
  3. Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms.
  4. Stuff the mixture into the mushroom caps, and bake in an oven.
  5. Serve with some shredded nori seaweed, green onion, mizuna greens, etc.
  6. to taste.
