Spicy Tacos Made with BOCA
- 3 bags Frozen BOCA Ground Burger, separated
- 3 qt. canned diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 qt. onions, chopped
- 1 cup jalapeno peppers, seeded, minced
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 90 each taco shells
- 1-1/2 gal. lettuce, shredded
- 3 qt. tomatoes, chopped
- Mix all ingredients except taco shells, lettuce and tomato in large saucepan.
- Cook on medium heat 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- For each serving: Spoon 1/3 cup of the crumbles mixture into each of 2 taco shells; top each with 1/4 cup lettuce and 2 Tbsp.
