Cucumber & Turkey Wrap
- - oven-roasted turkey breast, julienne
- 3 qt. red onions, chopped
- 3 qt. cucumbers, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
- 4-1/2 cups red peppers, chopped
- 1-1/4 qt. carrots, shredded
- 2-1/2 cups KRAFT Light Ranch Dressing
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. dried oregano leaves
- 48 each flour tortillas (10 inch)
- Combine turkey, vegetables, dressing and oregano; place 1/2 cup on each tortilla.
- Fold sides of each tortilla in toward center; roll up tightly.
- Cut diagonally in half to serve.
- Secure with frilled toothpicks, if desired.
