Italian Veal and Peppers

  1. Chop peppers and onion into bite sized pieces.
  2. Add to large deep skillet.
  3. Sweat until slightly softened.
  4. Sliced veal into strips and add to peppers and onion.
  5. Saute until white in color.
  6. Add both cans of diced tomatoes.
  7. Season with basil, oregano, pepper, and garlic.
  8. Bring to simmer.
  9. Let simmer uncovered until peppers are soft.
  10. Serve with pasta of choice.
