Tomato Gravy

  1. over medium high heat
  2. chop bacon into small peices and fry till crispy
  3. slowly add flour one tablspoon at a time.. stirring constantly
  4. *do not let flour brown
  5. when flour is absorbed add tomatoes and continue stirring
  6. as it thickens add broth/water slowly(about 3 ounces at a time) still a stirring constantly
  7. turn down and simmer stirring occasionally...untill it reaches the consistency of gravy
  8. that's it your done....
  9. serve over rice...potatoes or use as a sauce for meat
