Black and White Milkshake

• 1/3 cup whole milk
• 1/4 cup Chocolate Syrup (page 153)
• 11 ounces premium vanilla ice cream (about 1 3/4 packed cups)

1. Combine the milk and chocolate sauce in a blender and blend for 5 seconds.
2. Add the ice cream and blend until smooth, about 10 seconds.
3. Serve immediately.
