Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

  1. Preheat oven at 350F.
  2. Spray muffin tins or line with paper cups.
  3. In a large bowl sift flour, baking soda, salt and spices together.
  4. Add Cider vinegar to milk and let stand.
  5. In another bowl, cream together margarine and sugar.
  6. Add mashed bananas, milk and vanilla.
  7. Add all the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well.
  8. Fold in chocolate chips.
  9. Pour mixture into muffin tin.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
