Hot Sausage and Onion Pasta
- 1 lb. hot sausage, sliced
- 4 to 5 lg. sweet onions, sliced
- 1 cup water
- 5 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 lb. pasta
- Grated cheese
- Place hot sausage, onions and water in Dutch oven; bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 1-1/2 hours, until onions are cooked to a sauce.
- Add chicken bouillon cubes the last 15 minutes of cooking.
- Cook pasta; drain.
- Toss with sauce.
- Top with grated Cheese and serve.
