STOVE TOP Stuffing-Breaded Crispy Calamari
- 1-1/2 gal. squid rings and tentacles, thawed if frozen
- 1 qt. all-purpose flour
- 16 each eggs, beaten
- 1 qt. STOVE TOP Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix, Flex Prep, finely ground
- 1 qt. KRAFT CATALINA Dressing
- Lightly dredge squid with flour.
- Dip into eggs, then into stuffing mixture, turning to evenly coat each piece.
- Fry in 350 degrees F deep fryer 2 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Serve with 1/4 cup dressing.
