Citrus Marinade
- 1 cup kraft barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 12 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 12 teaspoon dill weed
- Combine all and mix well.
- Pour over meat, cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Drain and reserve sauce.
- Cook meat brushing frequently with sauce.
