Vegetable Marinade With Tangy Dressing Recipe
- 2/3 c. vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 can (15.25 ounce.) Stokely's Finest Whole Kernel Corn, liquid removed
- 1 can (15 ounce.) Stokely's Finest Peas, liquid removed
- 1 can (14.5 ounce.) Stokely's Finest cut Green Beans, liquid removed
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 1 jar (4 ounce.) pimento pcs, sliced or possibly diced, liquid removed
- 1 c. onion, minced
- 1 c. celery, minced
- Heat together vinegar, pepper, salt, sugar and oil till dissolved; set aside to cold.
- Place vegetables in large container and pour dressing over vegetable mix and chill.
- Serves 6 to 8.
- Great to keep on hand for healthy snacking!
- Just add in more vegetables to existing marinade when supply gets low.
