Barbecue Stew Recipe

  1. Cut the rib meat into 3-4 inch sections and line the bottom of the crock pot with the meat.
  2. Slice the onion so which the pcs fall apart into long stringers.
  3. Fold in with the meat.
  4. Pour barbecue sauce over the meat and onion mix and set the crock pot onto high.
  5. Stir once, about two hrs after starting.
  6. Ready in about 4 hrs or possibly when meat is fork tender.
  7. Serves 4-6.
