Barbecue Stew Recipe
- 1-3 lbs boneless beef rib meat
- 1 pint favorite barbecue sauce
- 1/2 onion
- Cut the rib meat into 3-4 inch sections and line the bottom of the crock pot with the meat.
- Slice the onion so which the pcs fall apart into long stringers.
- Fold in with the meat.
- Pour barbecue sauce over the meat and onion mix and set the crock pot onto high.
- Stir once, about two hrs after starting.
- Ready in about 4 hrs or possibly when meat is fork tender.
- Serves 4-6.
