Bennigan's Honey Mustard Dressing Recipe

• 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1/3 c. mayonnaise
• 1/3 c. Dijon mustard
• 1/3 c. honey
• 1 Tbsp. lemon juice plus
• 1 tsp lemon juice

1. In a mixing bowl, combine lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard.
2. Blend thoroughly using a whisk.
3. Slowly pour in the honey and lemon juice, continue mixing till smooth and well combined.
4. This recipe yields 1 3/4 c..
5. Yield: 1 3/4 c.
