Creamy Layered Lemon Squares

  1. Mix graham crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter in 13x9-inch dish; press onto bottom of dish.
  2. Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
  3. Whisk in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP; spread over crust.
  4. Top with 2 cups strawberries.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  6. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min.
  7. until completely dissolved.
  8. Add ice cubes; stir until melted.
  9. Refrigerate 5 min.
  10. or until thickened.
  11. Whisk in remaining COOL WHIP; spread over strawberry layer in dish.
  12. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  13. Serve topped with remaining strawberries.
