Kathy's Grilled Potatoes

  1. In a disposable aluminum tin (or foil pouch), add potatoes, red pepper, onion, green onions, garlic, butter, olive oil.
  2. Dash garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Cover tin with foil.
  5. Place on grill-med/low heat for about an hour-foil wrap will take less time.
  6. Check at about 45 minutes No need to stir.
  7. Leave longer if you want it more browned and crispy.
