Turkey Soup Recipe
- Carcass from 1 turkey
- 1 med. onion, cut up
- 1 c. minced celery
- 4 to 5 c. water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bring all ingredients to a boil, simmer for 1 hour.
- Let cold.
- Remove turkey from carcass.
- Strain broth and combine with turkey meat.
- Serve with rice or possibly macaroni.
