Blue Ribbon Coleslaw Recipe
- 8 c. Shredded white cabbage
- 2 med Carrots, grated
- 1/2 c. Sliced radishes
- 3/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. White vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Mustard seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix till well-blended.
- (For best results, chill for about 2 hrs before serving to allow flavors to blend.)
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
