No Skill Pan Pizza

  1. The night before make the dough and let rise overnight.
  2. In a large bowl mix together dry dough ingredients.
  3. I like using a small wire whisk.
  4. Add wet dough ingredients and mix with you hands.
  5. Very messy.
  6. Add extra water as needed to mix the dough.
  7. Once mixed cover with plastic wrap and leave overnight on counter
  8. The next day you will need to divide the dough into three pieces.
  9. Prep your counter space by spreading flour on it and preheat the oven to 450F.
  10. You will also need some 9 inch cake pans or oven safe frying pan.
  11. Roll dough in the flour and make a ball.
  12. Using a sharp knife divide the dough into 3 pieces.
  13. If you don't plan on using all the dough.
  14. You can keep in fridge for 3 days or in the freezer until you forget about it.
  15. Either roll with a rolling pin or spin the dough to get it to fit your pan.
  16. Coat the pan with olive oil and put dough in pan.
  17. Use the dough to spread the oil around and make sure you coat all the dough (top and bottom) and the walls of the pan with oil.
  18. Add toppings in logical order.
  19. Cook on middle rack for 15 mins.
  20. Check your crust to see if it is crispy enough for your liking.
  21. A fork works well for this.
  22. If you want it crispier cook it on the stove top like you are frying it as the top should not need anymore cooking.
