Ham, Cheese & Eggplant Sandwich

• 2 slices sourdough bread
• 1 tablespoon roasted eggplant dip Safeway 1 ea For $1.28 thru 02/09
• 2 thin slices leg ham
• 1 slice (20g) KRAFT Colby Cheese
• baby rocket leaves, to serve

1. Spread bread with eggplant dip and top with cheese, ham and rocket.
2. Serve.
