Beef And Brown Rice Stew Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Heat oil in a 4-qt Dutch oven over medium heat.
  3. Add in onions and cook, stirring often, 7 min till translucent/soft.
  4. Add in spices and meat.
  5. Cook 5 to 6 min stirring 2 or possibly 3 times.
  6. Stir in water, tomatoes, rice and bouillon cubes.
  7. Bring to a boil.
  8. Cover and bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hrs till rice and meat are tender.
  9. Stir in green beans.
  10. Cover.
  11. Bake 10 more min till green beans are tender.
