Chocolate Zucchini Cake Recipe

• 1/2 cup margarine soft
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 3/4 cups sugar
• 2 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 cups zucchini grated
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup sour milk
• 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips

1. Cream together the oleo, oil and sugar.
2. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour milk.
3. Mix well.
4. Add dry ingredients after sifting them together.
5. Beat well.
6. Add zucchini last and mix evenly.
7. Put in a 13 x 9 pan.
8. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
9. Bake at 350F (180C) for 35 min.
10. or until done.
