Cheesy Hamburger Stuffed Shells
- 2 lb Gound beef
- 2/3 cup Grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 oz Kraft velveeta cheese
- 2 cup Marble jack cheese
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 medium Bellpepper
- 1 box Frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 box Jumbo shells
- 1 Tomato basil sauce
- Preheat oven to 275
- Thaw and drain broccoli
- Chop onions and bellpeppers into small pieces
- Boil shells over medium heat til done.
- About 7 minutes, rinse in cold water, drain for later handling
- Brown ground beef in large skillet, add onions and bellpepper.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Drain when done
- Add velvetta cheese, ricotta cheese, 1/2 of the parmasan cheese and 1/2 of the marble jack cheese to ground beef.
- Mix well
- Spray medium oven pan with Pam
- Take shells one by one and stuff with ground beef mixture and line them side by side in your oven pan.
- Drizzle tomato basil sauce over top of shells.
- Spinkle on remaining marble jack cheese
- Place in over for 15 minutes.
- Spinkle remaining parmasan cheese on finished shells
- Serve with salad, and enjoy
