Cheesy Hamburger Stuffed Shells

  1. Preheat oven to 275
  2. Thaw and drain broccoli
  3. Chop onions and bellpeppers into small pieces
  4. Boil shells over medium heat til done.
  5. About 7 minutes, rinse in cold water, drain for later handling
  6. Brown ground beef in large skillet, add onions and bellpepper.
  7. Salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Drain when done
  9. Add velvetta cheese, ricotta cheese, 1/2 of the parmasan cheese and 1/2 of the marble jack cheese to ground beef.
  10. Mix well
  11. Spray medium oven pan with Pam
  12. Take shells one by one and stuff with ground beef mixture and line them side by side in your oven pan.
  13. Drizzle tomato basil sauce over top of shells.
  14. Spinkle on remaining marble jack cheese
  15. Place in over for 15 minutes.
  16. Spinkle remaining parmasan cheese on finished shells
  17. Serve with salad, and enjoy
