Tacos in Pasta Shells

  1. Cook beef in large skillet over medium/high heat until brown, stirring to separate meat.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Reduce heat to medium/low.
  4. Add cream cheese, salt and chili powder.
  5. Simmer 5 minutes.
  6. Toss shells with melted butter; fill with beef mixture.
  7. Arrange shells in a 13x9 pan that has been sprayed with a cooking spray such as Pam.
  8. Pour taco sauce over each shell.
  9. Cover with foil and bake in preheated 350 degree oven 15 minutes.
  10. Uncover and top with Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese and chips.
  11. Bake 15 minutes more or until bubbly.
  12. Top with sour cream, green onions, lettuce, tomatoes and sliced black olives.
  13. Serve with a green salad, crusty bread and your choice of wine.
