Creamy Mediterranean Dip
- - PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese. softened
- 2 cups KRAFT Signature Mayonnaise
- 1-1/3 cups GREY POUPON Bistro Sauce
- 1-1/4 qt. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- 2 cups canned artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 2 cups canned roasted red peppers, drained, chopped
- 1 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- Place cream cheese, mayonnaise and bistro sauce in 6-qt.
- bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment.
- Beat on medium speed 1 to 2 min.
- or until well blended.
- Add remaining ingredients; stir gently until well blended.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- Serve in ramekins with NABISCO Entertainment Crackers.
