Popcorn (Microwave Caramel Corn) Recipe
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. light Karo
- 1 cube butter
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 quarts. popped popcorn
- Bring first 4 ingredients to boil and add in 1/8 tsp.
- baking soda; stir till fluffy.
- Put 4 qts popped popcorn in paper bag and pour syrup over popcorn.
- Shake well.
- Put in microwave for one minute on high.
- Take out and shake.
- Put in for one more minute on high.
- Shake and spread on counter to cold.
- Fast and easy and very popular!
