Grilled Brie & Salmon Panini

  1. For each serving: Brush 1 side of each bread slice with 1 tsp.
  2. olive oil.
  3. Fill bread slices with 2 oz.
  4. cheese and 1 oz.
  5. apple slices.
  6. Cook in panini grill until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
  7. Remove from grill and open sandwich.
  8. Fill with 1 salmon fillet, 1/3 cup kale and 2 Tbsp.
  9. dressing.
