Grilled Brie & Salmon Panini
- 32 slices sourdough bread slices
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Brie cheese, sliced
- 96 slices Gala apple slices
- 16 each skinless salmon fillets (4 oz.), grilled
- 1 qt. kale, stemmed
- 2 cups PURE KRAFT Country Honey Mustard Dressing
- For each serving: Brush 1 side of each bread slice with 1 tsp.
- olive oil.
- Fill bread slices with 2 oz.
- cheese and 1 oz.
- apple slices.
- Cook in panini grill until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
- Remove from grill and open sandwich.
- Fill with 1 salmon fillet, 1/3 cup kale and 2 Tbsp.
- dressing.
