Tangy Crock Pot BBQ

  1. Combine all ingredients in the crock pot, stir with a whisk.
  2. Use the hot water to rinse the molasses off of the measuring cup.
  3. Add the protein of your choice.
  4. Cook for the appropriate amount of time, spoon the sauce over the top occasionally.
