Pumpkin Cupcakes - Golden Cupcakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  2. Place 24 paper baking cups in muffin tins.
  3. Stir together dry ingredients.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients, stirring until barely moistened.
  5. Fill paper cups two-thirds full.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from tins and cool on rack.
