Marinated Baked Chicken
- 6 bone-in chicken breast halves
- 12 cup Italian salad dressing
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 18 teaspoon onion powder
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
- Combine salad dressing and soy sauce.
- Pour 3/4 cup into a resealable plastic bag and add chicken.
- Seal the bag and turn to coat.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- Refrigerate remaining marinade for basting.
- When ready to cook, drain chicken and discard marinade.
- Place chicken, skin side up, on a rack in a roasting pan.
- Sprinkle with onion and garlic powder.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45-60 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 170, brushing with reserved marinade.
