Komatsuna with Curry-Flavored Mayonnaise

  1. Parboil the komatsuna or microwave until tender.
  2. Squeeze excess water, then cut into 2-3 cm lengths.
  3. Put the komatsuna into a bowl, and toss with the ingredients.
