Matcha Cake Sticks
- 2 Eggs
- 50 grams Granulated sugar
- 20 grams Honey
- 50 grams Butter
- 50 grams Cake flour
- 50 grams Almond flour
- 5 grams Matcha
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Candied black beans
- Bring eggs to room temperature.
- Combine the cake flour, almond flour, matcha, and baking powder and sift.
- Microwave the butter (roughly 1 minute) to melt.
- Beat in the eggs.
- Add granulated sugar and honey.
- Whisk well.
- Sift in the dry ingredients and stir until it's not floury.
- Add the melted butter in small batches and whisk.
- Pour the mixture into a square tin lined with parchment paper.
- Smooth out the surface and top with candied black beans.
- Bake in 170C (338F) for 20 minutes.
- Remove from pan when it's slightly cooled down.
- Chop into desired sizes.
