AMIEs Pear, Radicchio & Walnut Salad

  1. Whisk the oil and lemon juice together in a small bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Remove and discard the outer leaves of the radicchio.
  4. Roughly tear the remaining leaves and place in a medium bowl.
  5. Add the pear and walnuts.
  6. Pour the dressing, add balsamic vinegar and toss to combine.
