Easy Marshmallow Pinwheels

• 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Gelatin, any flavor
• 1/2 cup warm water
• 1-1/2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

1. Stir gelatin mix and water in medium microwaveable bowl.
2. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
3. ; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
4. Stir in marshmallows.
5. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
6. or until marshmallows are partially melted.
7. Stir with whisk until marshmallows are completely melted.
8. Pour into 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
9. Refrigerate 45 min.
10. or until set.
11. Run sharp knife around edges of pan to loosen gelatin layer from pan.
12. Starting at 1 edge, roll up gelatin layer tightly.
13. Cut into 1/2-inch slices.
14. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
