Creamy Mashed Sweet Potatoes

  1. Bring potatoes and broth to boil in large covered saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. Simmer on medium-low heat 18 to 20 min.
  3. or until most of the broth is absorbed and potatoes are tender, uncovering after 10 min.
  4. and stirring occasionally.
  5. Mash potatoes to desired consistency, gradually adding cream cheese and mixing until melted.
  6. Stir in nuts and nutmeg.
