Creamy Mashed Sweet Potatoes
- 1-1/2 lb. sweet potatoes (about 3), peeled, cut into chunks
- 1-1/2 cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- Bring potatoes and broth to boil in large covered saucepan on medium-high heat.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 18 to 20 min.
