Quick Whole Wheat Biscuits (No Eggs)

  1. Stir together dry ingredients; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
  2. Add milk, stirring until dough forms ball.
  3. Turn onto lightly floured surface and knead 5-10 times (do not overwork!

  5. Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness and cut into biscuits.
  6. Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 15 minutes at 400 degrees, and serve hot!
