Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
- 3 oz. semi sweet chocolate
- 1-1/2 tbsp. water
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1-1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Microwave chocolate with water at high for 2 minutes.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Cool to lukewarm.
- (Or heat with water in sauce pan over very low heat stirring constantly until just melted.
- Remove from heat and cool five minutes.)
- Beat in cream cheese and vanilla until well blended.
- Beat in sugar gradually until well blended and smooth.
