Vanilla Citrus Punch

  1. Combine all the juices in a large pitcher.
  2. Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape the seeds into the juice.
  3. Stir with a whisk to separate the vanilla seeds.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Just before serving, add the ginger ale (or club soda) and serve in ice-filled glasses.
