Chicken Salad Sandwiches
- 4 cups Cooked, Diced Chicken
- 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese (sharp Is Best)
- 1/4 cups Slivered Almonds
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 13 cups Chopped Green Onions
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice (juice Of Lemon Usually)
- 1 jar Pimentos, 2 Oz. Jar
- 13 cups Miracle Whip Dressing
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and chill for several hours before serving.
- Serve on your favorite bread or roll.
- Our favorite is a hollowed out baguette cup.
- Just a quick recipe tip: I prefer to marinate the chicken in Italian salad dressing and grill it.
- It adds a lot of flavor to the chicken over other methods.
