Sausage Stuffing

  1. cook rice in broth.
  2. allow to cool.
  3. skin and crumble sausage, cook in pan.
  4. add onion, celery, butter, sugar and ACV.
  5. when rice cools add pepper salt, rosemary, garlic, sage, parsley, cheese, eggs, and mix.
  6. combine the sausage mixture into the rice mixture and stuff into the turkey.
  7. cook turkey according to directions for stuffed bird.
