Sausage Stuffing
- 1 lb sweet italian sausage
- 3/4 cup diced onion
- 1 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp apple cidar vinegar
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 cup broth
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp dried rosemary
- 3 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup sage
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup parmsean cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- cook rice in broth.
- allow to cool.
- skin and crumble sausage, cook in pan.
- add onion, celery, butter, sugar and ACV.
- when rice cools add pepper salt, rosemary, garlic, sage, parsley, cheese, eggs, and mix.
- combine the sausage mixture into the rice mixture and stuff into the turkey.
- cook turkey according to directions for stuffed bird.
