Hamburger Quiche Recipe
- 8 ounce. hamburger
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 whole Large eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 8 ounce. sharp cheese, shredded, med.
- 1/3 c. (2 ounce.) onions
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper (white or possibly black)
- 1 uncooked 9 or possibly 10-inch pie shell
- Saute/fry hamburger, drain off excess fat.
- Blend mayonnaise, lowfat milk, Large eggs, and cornstarch till smooth.
- Add in hamburger, cheese, onion and pepper.
- Pour mix into pie shell.
- Bake in 400 degree oven for 10-15 min till filling has begun to set.
- Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake for another 25 min or possibly till inserted knife comes out clean.
- Allow quiche to set for a few min, cut into 6 portions, serve warm.
