Chocolate-White Wine Cheesecake Bread Pudding
- 3 qt. PHILADELPHIA Cheesecake Batter
- 1-1/3 cups white wine
- 3 qt. brioche, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- Whisk cheesecake batter and wine in large bowl until blended.
- Add bread; toss to evenly moisten.
- Pour into 4 (3-cup) lightly buttered baking dishes (or into 1 buttered 3-cup baking dish for trial recipe).
- Top each with 2-1/2 Tbsp.
- chocolate pieces.
- Bake in 350 degrees F standard oven 40 min.
- or until tops are golden brown.
